Meow Meow Cards

Meow Meow Cards is the final challenge of the Conversational AI Programming (Phase 1), a course by Zenvia Empower. As a Developer, I programmed a virtual assistant called Cordelia through the ALTU platform.

OBJECTIVE

Development of a virtual assistant that offers the user the following services: request additional, I didn't receive my card, limit, invoice, other topic.

DEVELOPMENT

I worked with the ALTU platform to program the virtual assistant. The platform is developed by Smarkio professionals and its interface is very intuitive, helping to code easily.

LEARNINGS

Never crossed my mind that I'd be able to code. Smarkio has shown me that it's possible and I've loved every second of the course. My heart beats for UX Writing, but I think it's important to have knowledge about the developers' work so that our communication runs smoothly. With that, the user has a better experience with the product or service, and the company leverages. It's a win-win game.
