WHO am I? 🙋♀️
I am a person driven by a curiosity about people and how they interact. Since I was little I have shown myself to be very communicative, asking about things around me, always with a question on the tip of my tongue. Enthusiastic about the changes that life presents, I like experiences that take me out of my comfort zone and make me see the perspective of others.
WHAT do I do? ⚡
I am currently looking for an opportunity in UX Writing. I have recently finished a course and I look forward to applying all the theory learned in practice. I am also learning Italian, I am part of the Longboard Girls Crew Ireland and in my spare time I am Laura, a decadent politician in a web series.
WHERE am I from? 🪐
I am from Caxias do Sul, the second-largest city in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
WHEN did I move to Ireland? ✈
I moved in 2017 after two years of planning. I arrived on the island with little English, but I was determined to learn the language, which I did in a short time. The fact that I am an extrovert helped me a lot because I went around talking to everyone. I also took acting classes to bond with the natives and develop soft skills.
WHY did I choose Dublin? ☘
There were several reasons, but the weather and the culture were decisive. Most complain about the rain and the cold, but I love it! And it doesn't even rain that much. Learning English in a city with the cultural contribution of Dublin made me open my mind and heart to new experiences, making me a more humble and empathetic human being.

In addition to my immense desire to practice my newly acquired knowledge, I have over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Content Writing. The skills and experience gained to date corroborate my ability to communicate with the user effectively, exploring needs and helping teams build products and services that offer a great experience.
